[android-developers] Re: Can I do anything about bogus user comments?

I'm afraid the best you can do is to enter a comment in the
Marketplace about your own app to address it.

It's not a perfect solution, but at least it allows some form of
dialog rather than a one-sided rant.

I don't suggest you use ALL CAPS though.
