[android-developers] Transferred my app to a new country - Sales dropped 50%

Hello,

Recently I have transferred my app in from my Checkout U.S. account to
an account outside U.S. We notice that our sales have dropped 50%
since then. Looked into the sales log it appears the drop is due to
the Credit Card rejected.

Our app costs $3US and we sold over 200 apps per day consistently thru
out the year. (We are top 50 grossing app in the market). So we are
very concerned of the sales drop due to Credit Card issue that we
didn't have before. We are going to lose few thousands U.S. dollars
every month at this rate.

I wonder if any of you have similar issues?

More country coverage for Android Developer is great but it is no use
if majority of our customer (in U.S.) are not able to purchase the
app.

Any suggestion?

We might just keep the app within U.S. checkout even though it will
mean very high cost for tax reporting etc at year end.

Thanks.
